Do I need an Apple Music subscription?

Yes. Next Coach uses Apple Music to play tracks during cue games. An active Apple Music subscription is required for music playback.

Why does the app ask for Apple Music permission?

Next Coach needs access to Apple Music to play songs that are synced with coaching cues. The app does not access your library or listening history — it only plays pre-configured tracks for each game.

Does the app work on iPad?

Yes. Next Coach supports both iPhone and iPad with layouts optimized for each device.

Is my data backed up to iCloud?

Session plans and preferences are stored locally on your device. They are not synced to iCloud or any cloud service.

Is the app free?

Yes. Next Coach is completely free with no in-app purchases or ads.
